Technically not in the Heights, these luxury apartment homes are West of the area and include 304 apartment homes. Compared to 2125 Yale, this community is larger and loses the personal feel that residents have. This community is comparable, showcasing gourmet island style kitchens, granite counters, wood plank flooring, and walk in showers. If you are in the market for an apartment and desire true apartment luxury, Broadstone West 18th deserves your immediate attention. The property is also known to run great specials on longer term leases.

Yale Street Lofts

With only 21 units, Yale Street Lofts usually has a waiting list, but is well worth it. There are only one bedroom loft floor plans available on the property, and pricing is extremely competitive. Residents won’t have the plentiful amenities of the other two properties listed above, but the location and lack of noise makes this property highly desirable.
